用電子鍋做蛋糕 Using a Rice Cooker to Make Cake
材料:全蛋200g、細砂糖200g、低筋麵粉170g、沙拉油50g
Ingredients:
Whole eggs 200g, granulated sugar 200g, cake flour 170g, cooking oil 50g
做法:
1.蛋與糖一併用打蛋器打發,打發到紋路很深,麵糊可拉長1-2公分。
2.麵粉過篩之後加入麵糊中,用刮刀拌勻,再加入沙拉油拌勻。
3.麵糊到入電子鍋內鍋,使用炊飯功能。
4.烤焙完成,到扣將蛋糕脫模即可。
Preparation Method:
1. Puree the egg and sugar in a blender until it becomes thick enough for the mixture to form a long trail 1-2 cm long.
2. Sift the flour and add into the egg mixture, use a spatula to mix evenly, then add in the cooking oil and mix evenly.
3. Pour the batter into the inner pot of a rice cooker, then use the "steam rice" function.
4. Once cooked, turn the pot over to remove the cake.
